This charger by Maha Powerex offers two solutions in one device. It's both a charger for AA and AAA batteries and a power bank that can charge most USB devices using the same batteries.
 
The bundled USB charger charger allows the batteries to be charged with ease. After charging the batteries can be used in a different device, or can be left in the charger to offer mobile charging to a USB powered device like a smartphone or camera through the built in 5V/1A connection
 
With the negative delta-v microprocessor the batteries are charged to maximum capacity quickly and without overflowing.
